How to use it?
-Connect the tube with the mouthpiece to the base of the device.
-Before using it, wash the mouthpiece with hot water and dry it by shaking it.
-For gentle exercise, breathe in until the first ball floats and the rest remain on the base.
-Keep the ball elevated for 3 seconds.
-Release the mouthpiece and exhale air.
